The name of the site was inspired by the pair’s mutual interest in the concept of exposing the creative process, itself. The idea was to visualize the unique approach different artists take by highlighting their steps and showcasing the individual trail of thoughts, sketches, challenges and variations to their work.
Over time, PROCESS evolved from what was once a small group of followers to what has now become a larger creative network with a collaborative spirit – it has expanded into published editorial interviews and group art shows. The site, which was re-launched in 2010, continues to offer a venue for contributors to share their own work and the work of others, while remaining focused on the process.
